STUDIO GUIDE

We want you to feel comfortable and have a good time while you use the The Room Downtown.

We ask our guests to check this guide whenever they book with us.

 

Studio Policies

• Rental Time: Your rental time includes set-up, break-down, and cleaning. Please plan accordingly.

 

• Studio Access:

  • Studio access is granted to a maximum of 10 people per booking.

  • Shooting the exterior of the building is permitted.

  • Shooting within the building outside of the designated studio space is prohibited.

 

• Studio Security:

  • Please ensure the studio is locked securely when you leave.

  • Client/Renter is responsible for the security and proper use of the studio and all equipment.

  • Any damage or loss of studio property will be the responsibility of the Client/Renter.

  • A $50 fee will be applied for any instances of improper studio closure or unauthorized use.

  • The studio may record security footage for safety and security purposes

 

• Studio Cleanliness:

  • Please leave the studio clean and tidy after your rental.

  • Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

• Noise Considerations:

  • Please be mindful of noise levels as this is not a soundproof studio.

  • Street noise may be audible.

  • Sound blankets are available to help reduce sound even further.

 

• Prohibited Activities:

  • No smoking within the studio.

  • No alcoholic beverages or drugs are permitted on the premises.

  • No pets are allowed without prior consent.

  • No sexual acts are permitted.

 

• Photography & Filming:

  • Clients/Renters retain full rights to all photos and videos taken during their session.

  • The studio reserves the right to use photos and videos from sessions for promotional purposes (with client consent).
